This runners log book is a perfect non dated weekly planner to set goals and keep focused. I created the book for myself when I wanted to set a plan to run my first marathon in April 2020 but it will work well for you at any stage of your running journey. I have my online tools and watch to track all the technical results but I felt I needed something to help me with accountability so I created this plan. Scheduling in my runs and distance goals weekly by writing it down is really helping me stay on track with my busy schedule - I also now know that the hardest part of running is mindset so I have added some useful mindful questions in the weekly assessments which have helped me so much. The 9 x 6 portable size book contains a double page spread for each week.
