The 10th Mountain Division is known as the most deployed unit in the U.S. Army. Today the War on Terror has drawn it to Afghanistan and Iraq. To Lieutenant Colonel Mike Infanti's unit fell the pacification of a hellish hotbed of terrorism south of Baghdad dubbed "The Triangle of Death." Of the more than three thousand Americans killed since the start of the war, over one thousand were in this region. Colonel Infanti assigned Delta Company to the most dangerous sector of the Triangle, a five-mile stretch of road that paralleled the Euphrates River in a series of blind s-curves where death stalked the Americans day and night. Delta knew they were virtually assured of getting hit on a daily basis. Each day and night became something to be dreaded and feared, exacting a heavy psychological toll on soldiers stressed to the limits of their mental and physical endurance. In the predawn of May 12, 2007, two Humvees occupied by seven soldiers and an Iraqi translator were ambushed by insurgents. When the smoke cleared, four soldiers and the translator were dead and three were missing, presumably seized by the enemy. For over a year, Delta searched for their missing comrades, never giving up hope. Their creed of battle: None Left Behind

A significant pillar of twentieth century dispensationalism, is the postponement doctrine of the kingdom of God. This indiscriminate futurism has caused great damage and robbed the gospel of its power in the lives of believers for years. John the Baptist and Jesus both clearly identified the kingdom with the era of the Holy Spirit. At no time anywhere in Scripture, was the coming of the kingdom made conditional on a Jewish response or event. What more effective strategy could the enemy use than to have Christians believe they should be in passive waiting mode? Has our failure to proclaim a full and accurate gospel of the kingdom, left nations untouched, still plagued by disease, famine and corruption, despite decades of "evangelism"? An eschatology of victory awaits a victorious church, that engages with the Holy Spirit in this present apostolic season. Creation has been waiting in eager expectation for the manifestation of the sons of God. What are the sons waiting for? Are you ready to respond? In this book Kobus Swart resolutely confronts the erroneous doctrinal stronghold of eschatology. For centuries the church has been imprisoned and restrained in fulfilling its governmental mandate because of inaccurate interpretations of the end times. This is an invaluable resource in identifying and unveiling deceptive eschatological ideologies and presenting a more accurate understanding of the end of the age. Thamo Naidoo, River of Life Ministries, Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. Kobus Swart has been in full time ministry since 1974, and is the founder of the Bizweni Community Church in Somerset West, near Cape Town, South Africa, where he and his family live. From this apostolic resource base he leads a ministry team serving believers both locally and in other nations.

Left Behind: Rural Zambia in the Third Republic seeks to identify persistent obstacles associated with integrating rural producers into the national economy. The analysis draws primarily on studies of the southern Luapula plateau. The economic citizenship of rural Zambians is an end in itself, but it also helps secure their democratic participation in defining the means and ends of the nation's development. Small-scale farmers have generally lost out on both counts. For all of its much-touted 'potential', agriculture remains a back-breaking, unrewarding and uncertain livelihood for most Zambians, much as it was at independence forty-five years ago. The findings presented here demonstrate how government officials, chiefs and MPs are often distracted by concerns related more to their own, rather than their constituencies' fortunes. When will rural Zambians find the means to have their voice heard in the corridors of power?
