“Happiness” is a situation that has to be managed. It could only be acquired and made sustainable by managing. Ability to decide is the first step in the route to someone’s happiness. One of the measures to be taken to ensure this transmission is wise nutrition, that is, to protect wisdom while getting nutrients, shortly alimentation for wisdom.
